The Central-Hotel Apart is very silent situated in the heart of Berg am Laim, a quiet suburb to the east of Munich city centre. Many restaurants and individual shops are located in this area. The hotel is arround 4 km from the new Munich exhibition grounds / ICM (Messe). The tram line 19 - Baumkirchnerstrasse - as well as the underground station - Josephsburg - Us are both very close to the hotel. The swimming pool Michaelibad is only a couple of minutes away by car. The Ostpark is Adjacent and perfect for jogging. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet, served each morning 06:30AM - 10:30AM in the sunny breakfast room. There is also a quiet garden, a fitness room, W-Lan access in all rooms and a parking garage on request. Departure times can be flexible arranged.

Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 100 pct of first night will be charged.

During fair / exhibition / high season periods, cancellations are permitted 30 days prior to arrival, to avoid charge of 100 pct of stay.
