Hotel Description The 5 star Art-Fabrik-Hotel is a historical pregnant, monument protected building and was once the factory of Friedrich Engels. A creative idea merged art and charity with special commitment for children hospices. A few years ago the donation founders Roswitha and Erich Bethe developed this unusual concept of the Art Fabrik Hotel.
The Hotel offers 140 rooms, which are generously cut and comfortably furnished, 16 rooms with own sauna and 30 artist-chambers, each one of them created by famous artists.
All rooms are equipped with pillow selection, desk, TV with international channels, radio programs, direct dial telephone, DSL Internet entrance, mini bar, safe, dressing mirror, shower or bath, WC, hair dryer and mobile cosmetic mirror.
The hotel has got 12 conference rooms for up to 650 persons. There is a restaurant, a Persian hammam spa-area, a gallery with artist studios, an internet terminal and a childrens game area.
New: minibar included, free pay-TV, go to sleep music, free W-Lan internet connection, free car-park, free access to art exhibition - changes all 3 month and own hair stylist.
All reservations must be guaranteed with valid creditcard. For special events a deposit can be obligatory and is non refundable.

Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 1 day prior to arrival. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 80 pct of first night will be charged.No Show: No Show fee of 80 pct of first night will be charged.
During fair / exhibition / high season periods, cancellations are permitted 28 days prior to arrival, to avoid charge of 100 pct of stay. No Show: No Show fee of 100 pct of stay will be charged.Cancellations should be made via the channel of booking or www.hotel-reservations.de to avoid additional charges.
